The unique rear storage with slide out tray gives you a larger area to carry your golf clubs, seasonal clothing and gear, plus totes and such in a motion-lit, fully finished, heated and sealed basement storage. And if you are looking for a separate area for yourself, the front includes an entertainment center with a 65" LED TV and 48" fireplace below, a front windshield, theater seating, and two hide-a-bed sofas slide outs providing seating and sleeping space for friends and family. The middle, separate kitchen is spacious as well with two slides including residential appliances, a legless table with four chairs, and a hutch/pantry. The half bath is an added convenience that you will appreciate. The bedroom offers an electric-tilt king bed or choose a queen option, drawer storage under the bed and there is a dresser with hidden storage and a wardrobe. The rear full bathroom is attached and includes dual sinks so two people can get ready at once, plus there is a washer/dryer prepped space to add that super convenient option. And there is an outside kitchen with a griddle, more exterior storage, and a 17' electric awning, plus an 13' optional awning.

Other top features include the electric tilt bed with Serta Comfort foam king mattress, the theater seating with cupholders, a USB plug, plus heat, massage and power recline/decline features, and the handy central vacuum with multiple attachments that stores out of sight. Each is constructed with Tufflex roofing material which is flexible, puncture resistant, and reflective, six-sided aluminum framing, and a heated, insulated and an enclosed underbelly. Other standout features include a fully-vented attic system, and the Durango Towing package which includes a 2" towing receiver hitch with 4-pin wire harness connection, a 3,000 lb. tow rating, and 300 lb. hitch rating.
