Purchased our 2017 Cougar 1/5th wheel and picked it up last week. Marcus did a great job on our walk through, although since this is our first trailer, it was a bit overwhelming. We had the Pullrite 4400 installed as well. Instruction on hooking up and the mechanics of the hitch could have been better. -
